By accessing or using the Reverra platform ("Service") operated by NeaseMedia LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Reverra is a virtual tour creation and hosting platform that allows users to create, manage, and embed 360-degree panoramic virtual tours. The Service includes a web-based dashboard, public tour viewer, REST API, and WordPress plugin.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You may not share your account with others outside of your organization. Team plan members must each have their own user credentials.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
If payment fails, we will notify you and provide a 7-day grace period. After that, your account may be downgraded to the Starter plan.
Ownership: You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Reverra, including panoramic images, photos, and metadata. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
License to us: By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., serving your tours to visitors, generating thumbnails).
Your responsibility: You represent that you have the right to upload all content and that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights, violate any laws, or contain prohibited material.
You may not use the Service to:
API access is available on all paid plans. You agree to use the API in a reasonable manner and not to exceed rate limits. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access if usage patterns indicate abuse.
Reseller/sub-account functionality is available only on the Developer plan.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, the Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
You may export your tour data, media files, and configuration at any time. Upon account cancellation, we will provide a reasonable window (90 days) for you to export your data before permanent deletion.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We will provide notice unless the violation is severe (e.g., illegal content). You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeaseMedia LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeaseMedia LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washoe County, Nevada.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
