Reverra is a virtual tour platform operated by NeaseMedia LLC ("we," "us," "our"). Our platform is available at tours.neasemedia.com. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your data.
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and billing information. For team accounts, we also collect team member names and email addresses.
Tour Content: We store panoramic images, photos, and associated metadata (titles, descriptions, addresses, vertical-specific fields) that you upload to the platform.
Analytics Data: We collect privacy-friendly analytics on tour views, including page views, scene engagement, and referral sources. We use daily-salted, truncated SHA-256 hashes of IP addresses combined with user agents to count unique visitors. We do not store raw IP addresses in our analytics tables. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
Technical Data: Server logs may temporarily contain IP addresses, browser type, and referring URLs for security and debugging purposes. These logs are rotated and deleted regularly.

Tour media is stored in MinIO object storage on our infrastructure. Database records are stored in PostgreSQL with encrypted connections. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. We do not use third-party cloud storage providers for your tour content.
For self-hosted (Developer plan) customers, all data resides entirely on your own infrastructure.
We retain your account data and tour content for as long as your account is active. When you delete a tour, associated media is permanently removed from object storage within 30 days. When you cancel your account, all data is deleted within 90 days.
Aggregated analytics data (daily summaries with no personally identifiable information) may be retained indefinitely.

We do not sell personal information. To submit a request, email privacy@neasemedia.com or use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our footer. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal.
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Brazil, we process your personal data based on: (a) your consent for non-essential cookies, (b) contractual necessity for providing the service, and (c) our legitimate interest in operating and improving the platform.

Reverra is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
